Policies

For reservations made directly at the hotel, payment must be made upon arrival.

If you booked through a third party or app, please refer to the payment policy provided by the third party along with your reservation.

Please refer to your original bookings reservation page if you need to provide proof of payment.

We regret that due to our limited number of rooms, it is necessary to impose cancellation charges. 

For reservations made directly with the hotel, if cancelled or modified less than 48 hours before the arrival date or during the stay, the total amount of the stay will be charged.

For group bookings of 5 rooms or more, cancellations and changes must be made 7 days prior to arrival. Otherwise the full value of the stay will be charged.

Guest may check in between 3:00 pm and 10pm on the day of arrival.

Check out time is 10:00 am on the day of departure.

 Fees will incur for late departures. 

The Crystal Hotel reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to release any reservation at any time without charge, penalty, loss or damage if it believes that the guest is unfit to stay in the Hotel. Unfit can mean being drunk, disorderly, abusive, aggressive or impolite or causing a danger to other guests, Hotel employees and contractors.

Payment is required in advance or upon check-in for the estimated charges for the number of room nights and number of breakfasts. The Crystal Hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to the Guest until such pre-payment is received. 

The Crystal Hotel reserves the right to charge deep-cleaning and/or replacement fees for room damages.

Cars are parked at the Guest’s own risk and the Hotel cannot guarantee the security of your car or its contents. Please contact the Hotel prior to booking to determine any height, or other, restrictions.

Guests are advised to be adequately insured, vigilant and take reasonable care over their property generally and especially in spaces accessible to the public as the Crystal Hotel is not responsible for any theft, loss or damage.

It is the Guest’s responsibility to notify the Hotel of any dietary requirements and, subject to applicable law, any food served by the Hotel is consumed at the Guest’s own risk.

 A £100 fee shall be charged for smoking in guest rooms as this is not permitted.
